Number plate relocation

Post by c_doughty1 » Mon May 02, 2016 6:37 pm

Good evening folk, ok ages ago a bought a number plate relocator / holder. Ive just taken the old one off but if i drill through the plastic and attach it like this picture, its off central. Do i get the saw and cut through the plastic thats in the way to centralise it?

Also i need the gromity type things that the number plate screws screw into the others were drokked. Any idea where i can get replacements?

And can i drive my car with the number plate in the window until ive fixed it?

Cheers guys in advance.

Ive done this before and had no trouble, but that's not to say you won't if your local constabulary find themselves at a loose end.

I haven't got a front number plate at all on my truck currently. It fell off the other weekend and I haven't gotten around to replacing it yet  the police haven't taken an interest yet, I even drove through one of the random drink drive road blocks that we have locally and nobody mentioned the lack of a registration plate
