great to see your have it all back and working now! 8-)

pity about the belt-manual tensioner problem, no-one try my method (which seemed to work a treat) mentioned here at the bottom??

"setting the manual tensioner like so below (pictured), and also loosening the belt tensioner (pictured) to the near point of falling off, will allow enough slack in the belt so that you can twist it upwards by the cam gears allowing you slip it onto the camgear teeth" then just tighten it all up again.

Was the greddy belts bud. Proper racing belt that you just can't stretch.

Yea feels good to have the old girl back. So much more I want to do to the car tho.

Yes bud. If I stuck autotensioner I could have used the greddy belts.

the fan is on the wrong side and will only come on at peak temp
get another one fitted pronto

just had a shot of this lude - all is good - i was a bit concerned as it didnt quite sound right going along the road - sound like it was labouring a bit - pretty relieved it was front brakes binding on ;)
ive not taken it into vtec - will have to wait for the green light from the garage that did the work.

you got a total bargain - ive seen the bill for labour

Ha cheers bud. Ordered another fan so I'll be running two ;)

Definitely doesn't labour an I've no even went for it. Gears are totally different with the final drive.
