Tho one you are showing is from a manual transmission, so it surely will fit without any problem! :D

Some news about your starter motor?
Did it fit well?

I've fitted on my ATR a starter motor from a Prelude 4th Gen 2.3 , they looks very different but the bolts hole pattern are the same and it fit good.
And "cherry on the pie", the Prelude starter ( 1.4 kw) is stronger thant the Accord starter (1 kw)... so my engine start very quick now :lol:
