Can belt change

Post by Danielr637 » Wed Aug 24, 2016 8:28 pm

Hi, hope I've posted in the correct section.

My 5th gen lude 2.2 is ready for a cam belt change, I've been quoted a crazy 500 quid to get it changed along with the water pump
Can I anyone advise me where to get the belt and pump from? I think I will pay a friend to do it as can't and don't want to spend that sort of money on this job

Water pump is £99 from h-tune (genuine honda). Belt I think is around £30-40.

Don't forget the other things you may want to change whilst you're there: balance shaft belt, cam belt tensioner, crank pulley, Rocker cover gasket to mention a few.
