closest match for 3rd gen rear arches?

Guys gotta start repairing the wheelarches and end of sills on my 89 3rd gen.

On the basis i cant get panels to fit, whats close i can cut bits from and modify -4th gen?

I was looking at mrk1 golf wheel arch set that looked close, anyone with any tips?
