M2B4 Gearbox oil

Gents my uncle who will be doing the gearbox change has asked if the gearbox is a straight swap from a M2P4 to a M2B4.

I said yes and I am hoping I am right. lol

@Free Ranj Egg The VSS will be different so they will need to be swapped. On the M2B4 there are PAS lines to the VSS (so during the swap you will loose all your power steering fluid so buy more) but the VSS on the M2P4 does not have these lines.

What clutch kit are you going to put in?

If it were me, I'd fit a clutch kit if in that deep!

VSS = Vehicle Speed Sensor - lives on top of the gearbox.

Yeah it's big mistake not to change clutch while you are there unless you have recently changed it. Use the Honda Accord Type-R clutch
