4th Gen VTEC Gear shifter and cables

Hi Guys,

I'm in the middle of yet another DC2 H-Swap and have just discovered that I seem to be out of my stash of gear shifters and cables.
I have an ATR setup left but for reasons I won't go into here I would prefer to use a 4G setup in this build.

Anybody got a shifter and cable setup they want rid of from a breaking car please?
Prefer it to be posted if poss.
