Do people really rate the OEM mats as harder wearing then?
I had a set in mine when I bought the car but they are utterly shagged so I bought some off one of the chaps on here from the group buy and they seem significantly better made?
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

MaDMaxX had a boot mat made up when organising the group buy.Duo wrote:Anyone know if these guys could possibly make a boot mat from measuring the car

If anyone wants to organise another group buy, I'd be interested in a set.

Here's the original thread;

For me definitely. Only the deeper thread mats like the ones Nafeman sold or the Zebra's. You get 5th gen versions of these as well but the 4th gen mats fit the 5th.Bio wrote:Do people really rate the OEM mats as harder wearing then?

The UK 5th gen mats are a bit crap. Both UK 5G's I have owned have had worn drivers mat's with holes.
Ah right. That's what I had with mine. Holes in the heals so I guess because they were UKDM rather than JDM they were a bit crappy.
The ones I got from PUK are black with red logos apparently from an old group buy, don't suppose those were the ones Nafeman sold?
They are pretty nice either way, and because I use cruise lots too and from work on the motorway, the heal pad doesn't get too much wear
