Closed deck engine.

Must be good running condition . Only head and block needed.

Yes it is. H22a1 is a US engine and was not sold in Europe. All 4th gen H22's are closed deck while all 5th gen H22's are open deck.

What are you wanting a closed deck engine for? Turbo build?
