yep thats it but for the smaller jdm size plate not sure if a 5th gen one will fit will look into it

i found my 4th gen jdm plate holder that came off my BB4 - i replaced it with a ukdm plate holder so is up for grabs if you still need one. its in very good condition and takes a 12"x6" number plate - you can order them from ebay.
let me know if you want this and i can post it out along with the temp/fuel gauge cluster
