Jdm Power Fold Wing Mirror Relay

Does anyone know what the RELAY for the 4th gen JDM power fold wing mirrors look like or part number?

Ive got these two door lock relays/control box - not sure if either of these is what i need.

Any help would be appreciated.

the green one says it on it Mitsuba Door Lock Control - the light blue has nothing written/stamped on it
