4th gen engine ecu

like the title i am looking for a 4th gen h23 auto ecu part number 37820-P14-G50 , hoping by changing this it will cure my fuel pump relay issue as i have someone that may wont to buy the car , so if i can get it running and moted fingers crossed i can sell it
