Would deffo recommend the baffled sump for track day usage - I was dropping out of VTEC consistently in 2nd gear at the chicane in thruxton. Hard cornering doesn't seem to bring it about, but the sudden change of direction (at this chicane) consistently dropped me out of VTEC. Other tracks where chicanes are higher speed or not present i never had it.
This was in a standard h22a8 but with some stickier tyres (federal rsr 595 or something or other). Anything more stripped out pulling more cornering force is probably gonna have issue depending on the track.
Will overfill a little oil next time for bedford next month as i don't like the idea of even momentary drop in oil pressure during track day...

Yea have a baffeled sump. Never had one first engine we done in. Put one in a still done an other but thunk that was down to us second time as run oil down to min.
