nice one :) what are you gonna do about gaskets for it? ive had a frickin nightmare with mine since the day i got it due to not being able to get genuine gaskets for it :lol:

The same bolt broke on my old fujitsubo mani and I replaced it with a bolt.
I fould the bolt could be tigtened a bit more than the stud and this stopped the joint opening up and leaking.

Stiffer engine mounts might help it from trying to pull apart at the join if you don't already have them.

Hate to say it but I just used the liquid gasket stuff from Halfords as I needed to sort it quick, it's not blowing anymore and feels like a new car! I have poly engine moun inserts too which on one hand helps with less movement but the vibrations can be pretty annoying for a daily driver!
