try sticking a jack under the ball joint then hitting it with 2 hammers

the stud.if you plan on reusing the ball joint i would out the nut on the end of it first. spray it with wd40 aswell!

i had massive issues with the S. ended up taking a boot full of connected suspension parts over to rich :lol:

I used my screw type/ scissor ball joint splitter, but in that vid he steps on the top of the hub assembly and uses his body weight to force them apart......

Cheers guys, I understand now :D was too lazy to go back outside and do it though :oops: so will give it a bash tomorrow and see how it works out.

Got 2 days off work this week so really want to get cracking with the engine swap, I've been putting it off too long!
