Welcome.
Rent or borrow a very large impact gun, you should be able to shock it off without turning the crank or using the hex/box tool. Remember you are turning left to loosen.
Remember to use penetrating fluid a few hours before, perhaps a little heat (not too much, don't want to damage the crank seal), and then more fluid as it cools.
I was able to undo mine by hand, but I was using over 2meters of leverage (numerous extensions to clear the wing/car). My crank was locked on the flywheel teeth but not sure if b20 has this ability (timing inspect window) - probably not advisable as you could damage the flywheel teeth.
I will PM you a link to the prelude manual.

I didn't even spot it was a 3rd gen - ignore the guide I sent you (that covers the 5th gen H and F series engines)
Not sure which way (clockwise or counterclockwise) the crank bolt undoes on those. Sorry!
