Japfest 2 (2012) Booking/Payment Thread

Unless someone else wants to take over, I'll collect monies and book the stand. Then when the tickets arrive I will post them out to you - p.s. yes ive cut & pasted this from Gayno's Japshow thread so Copyright goes to him!

Looks like this is only a Sunday only event, no camping unlike Japshow, i may be wrong though but i will be only going the Sunday anyway.
Sunday tickets are £13 with a £2 booking fee. Gates open 8am Sunday.

I ask that you PayPal (as a gift to avoid fees) me £15.00 which will cover cost of stamp/envelope to send out your ticket/stand pass.

There is track time available so let me know if your interested, it only says a maximum of 30 to a club session, no minimum, but if get we one together its £20 each, otherwise individually its £25 each.
If no-one is really interested in track time here, ill probably jump on with H.O.T. (Honda's on track).

If you would prefer 1st class recorded delivery, to ensure you get your ticket, add another 75p please.

I will also take direct bank transfer but not cheque, simply because this is quite a last minute booking.

We NEED to book by the 22nd June, so please pay as soon as you can, I am setting the payment deadline at midnight, WEDNESDAY 20TH JUNE as i will fax this into the booking people to give us more time instead of sending it by post. This gives us 10 days to get payments in.

I WILL NEED TO BOOK THE STAND ASAP AFTER THIS DATE TO GET THE TICKETS TO ME AND THEN POSTED OUT TO YOU IN TIME

1 x weekend ticket and stand pass, posted 1st class - £15

1 x weekend ticket and stand pass, posted 1st class "recorded signed for" - £15.75

If you have already booked your ticket direct with the organisers, or you would prefer to do so, then please let me know so I can book the extra stand passes as required. Again you need to do this by midnight on Wednesday 22nd June please.

Do you get stand passes? I might get in free as I might be organising the drift demo's (not confirmed yet) but as it's about the only car show that doesn't clash with anything else I'm going, if that happens or not

If there is not sufficient interest in this by tomorrow afternoon, i will close this thread as its probably been suggested and started too late to get enough bookings and the couple that may go, can jump on with the Hondas-on-track boyos.
