gen5 gearbox change ???

Make sure remove all parts like it says in manual, don't try to cut corners by thinking " That doesn't look like its in the way " cos it IS ....
A lot of stuff above the gearbox has to be taken out to get it out of the way, Air pipe, battery, dizzy, time consuming stuff.
some of the bolts are way up high on the back of the block .
Extensions are a must, a long flat head screw driver to pop out drive shafts.
I've got axle stands that lift the car half a meter of the ground to make access real good under the car....
I also have an electric airgun that makes life so much easier to do jobs rather than winding a rachet back and forth ... especially the ones in tight spaces behind the block....
Just ask Daryl " DBO " who he's gonna get to change his box in a few weeks time .......
