The track was so bloody cold on saturday. That and they had not put down new glue. Todays track conditions were almost 100% reversed. 5-6mph tailwind, cool air and hot sun. damn it

I had a brilliant time. But sadly didn't take any photos

Had my first experience on the strip. Well 13 to be exact, but sadly with the strong head wind, wheel hopping start, and some other reason for me being so slow, I pulled a 16.3.
13 trips up the strip took it toll on my car too, being a severed side engine mount.
But cheers LLL for sorting me out with another

Sounds like today was ideal running time on the strip.
Also sounds like alot of fun anticts.
Gutted i missed it, however things cropped up ocer the weekend that meant i would have had ti come back this morning anyway.

When turning up late and parking on the tarmac, do remember to put your handbrake on (I'm from the fens we don't use hand brakes) not cos the car will roll, but cos a load of pissed up LG'ers will push your car about 20m down the road before I managed to catch up and unlock it to put the hand brake on LMAO

Proper good laugh, but then our meets always are

Shame the actual show has shrunk since the PUK days, but the company more than made up for it
