Looks mint apart from the wing mirrors.
£100 to get them sprayed up professionally (just had mine done ....again).

Wing mirrors will need respray and it seems to be missing the roof rails! Other than that looks good.

I do have to ask though why you want to spend 3k on a 20 year old standard car?! When you can get good condition examples here for nearly half that?

...and they generally haven't been 'tampered' with.
