at the moment there are 28 names on the list, are these all confirmed as camping over?
i am bringing a gazebo but its not waterproof so i will cover it with tarpaulin. whats if its raining is anyone else bringing shelter for us to huddle under coz although we be bringing tents it would be good to have a communal area.
i am thinking it may be a good idea for me to pop over on friday evening to help set things up. anyone else want to meet up early to set up too?

Im not bringing my Marqee. Im in the Type S and marquee means weight.
3 years with the type S off road and 1 day of having it back. You do the Math.

So... not to let this updated thread get too far away from the point

Dont worry about coverings. I will borrow a couple of marquees and i have a drive in porch that i can bring the sides in. No one needs to bring anything other than tents and food etc.

I have a couple of tents that can be borrowed for the use. I will put them up if people need them.
