you can do it by not removing the door car, its a pita though and not the best way to do it, personally for the extra 5 mins it takes just pop the cards off ;)

I once had a wingmirror removed by an oncoming car at around 60-65mph. It smashed the drivers window and hit me in the face :(

No it bloody hurt, and the dancer didn't even stop! Had to drive the remaining 20 miles home in mid-December with no window and a sore face :evil:

While we're on the subject of removal though, is it the same procedure basically for 5G?

:lol: Weight reduction is the way forward! That thing was so light anyway, 780kg IIRC! I remember one night I was out and in a particular condition, I went to the chippy and came back to the where all my mates where (because we were cool kids that hung out in Co-Op Solar car park 8-) ), took me about 20 minutes before I realised my car was missing, they'd just picked it up and hid it behind a trolley shelter :evil:

Power folding mirrors weigh alot, I was supprised when I took it off :shock:
