I used to have a GTECH pro? meter, but its bust. I know there are apps out there that work on the same principle (ie using the inbuilt accelerometers), but I don't know how accurate they are?

I only had the basic one, think it was about £60 but discontinued.

In fact its only the switch that is knackered, but Im buggered if I can find one to repair it. It's just a tiny two position slider switch, but you can press it too to set.
If you want to have a play with the apps, I use one called aLap HD on my android phone, tracks your route and shows various 'stats'. cant actually remember if it does 0-60 etc

My mate had some device he fitted to my car to pull off the readings
It measured the vss from a dead start

I did best of 3

My 1st time was 6.7
Then I did 2 at 6.9 at a lower launch and a higher launch

The lower bogged down slightly
And the higher wheels span more had to feather slightly

4500 is a perfect launch for the h
