I used the Pro sport 45mm oil pressure gauge, they also do 52mm ones as well plus a few that have added features (peak hold etc). Got mine from:

That stack stuff look immense! They don't show any prices so I'll assume very expensive :o

Thanks for the links guys, I'll have a close look at them all this evening :)

PAW did the wiring so I'd assume a good job was done, but will double check everything.

If you were a bit closer I'd say have a test of mine to prove the fault. It's not even in the car right now either.

Thanks for the offer :)

It's a bit of an inconsistent fault, it was fine this morning :? After looking at some gauges, I really want to make a full custom drift gauge dash

Would probably be about 600 quids worth just on dials tho :o

I like the prosport digitial ones - especially the intake air temp dual display ones. Good for boosted applications - especially if you're trying to find the most efficient cooling. 8)

Yeah that would be cool :) Especially if you we putting on a non intercooler supercharger ;)

My only concern is that I'm looking for something more accurate, I don't want the be forking out extra money on something with the same pressure sender and just a fancy gauge face as that doesn't really get me anywhere :(

:bat:

But it will be handy for considering the water injection location pre or post charger (or both!). :P

And who's to say it won't be charge cooled one day. :vtec:

Hell, it might even be finished one day! :o  :vtec: :vtec: :vtec:

I know what you're saying, cheap or expensive, it sounds like a dodgy sensor, wiring or other. I assume all is running right with the car?

Yeah the car is running great. The pressure builds & holds fine, pleanty of power with the rebuild and tune too :) Rich said when the gauge was installed that that it wasn't very accurate at the lower end of the scale.

This is kind of where it needs to be accurate, so don't want to spend 50quid on a gauge which has the same measuring equipment, but the information about it is pretty ropey at best. Unless you spend 100's on the high end stuff...
