I got a 2ltr sport 5th gen are the rear calipers wynd back or push back like fronts ?

Make sure you orient the grooves on the piston so it is like the picture below, otherwise the pins on the pads won't line up properly.

If you go too far, go around again. Lubricating the piston boot with a bit of silicone also helps when turning the piston. I have found them to twist and bind up in the past.
