JAE 2012 - Required Items - UQGENT - BBQ
This is a thread aimed at those attending JAE.
As and when I think up anything we need that I don't have, it will be posted here in the hope someone coming to JAE will be able to bring it along!
------------------------------------------
Ground anchors (twist in corkscrew type) or heavy duty pegs
Ratchet straps
Lighting - we will have a generator, but only a small one so fluorescent tubes are a no go. Any type of normal household bulb will be fine. Last year we had to use Confused's LED DRL's!!
------------------------------------------
Please post below so I can add to my list of who's bringing what, and it will be included in my details PM nearer the event.
Thanks
Adam

um, you know that florescent lighting uses alot less electricity than incandescent
4 to 6 times less electricity
anyway. are we going to have a BBQ? I shall be bringing a gas stove for general use and as many chairs as i can fit.
how about an electric airbed fan? i have a plug in but not a 12v.
try and get a diesel genny. I have 15 liter of red here going for free i will bring. along with the speakers and maybe a lazer and lights.
gaytar hero can swivel imo but each to their own.

Well Garry brought 2 fluoro tubes last year, and the genny didn't provide enough juice to fire them! So they might use less leccy, but need more to get going!lewd lude lover wrote:um, you know that florescent lighting uses alot less electricity than incandescent![]()

There will be a BBQ, although a gas stove may also help, it did last year.
