hope so, is the marquee the same as the one at lll's meet, if so it id be plenty big enough for us all plus i would be glad to help set it up.

now as for keeping the beer cold. i can get hold of some dry ice from work. add it to water and instant coldness, but with one side affect though, you wont be able to see the beers until the carbon dioxide has evaporated.

Yep same marquee so should be good.

I think dry ice might be a tad excessive!! Was more thinking if anyone had a spare coolbox, or some other large container we could fill with water to pop the tinnies into?

Yeah they have taps etc for drinking water. Will just need to borrow one of the estate cars to go fetch it as will be a bit far too carry ;)

It is, although Duo now can't make it so count him out.
