Ok dude, just tried from my iPhone. There isn't a IMG link on the option from Instagram so you can't copy that unless you share it through Flickr etc. But you can copy the URL link then post that here, like I've done on the top ^^

Vg pal. My gf posted 1 up on show works she says it went stright up. also could i send them from instangram to my phot bucket

Yea if you send it to your Photobucket then you can post the img links straight on here and photos will show up better then the links.

You don't need to get the IMG tags from photobucket or anything, just copy the image location from the pic in Instragram, type your IMG tags in the forum (or just click the IMG button), and then paste the image location between the 2 tags...

Like this (using Nitin's link):
