Spud: Go to your photo that you want to upload on the fourm, then 'copy share url'. Once it's copied on the clipboard. Then go to the thread where you want to copy it, write [insta] paste your link here [/insta] and done!!

What sort of phone is it? Are you using an app or going through a web browser?

I have an Android phone & I use the app, the way I do it is share - then select e-mail or messaging and then copy the link from the e-mail or message body.

Can i do it on my galaxy s2. I have set up an instangram on it took a phot from my phone put i on my inst page then im stuck

Yeah, took me a few goes... I had to remove the spaces either side of the link that were created when I pasted it in too (must be an android thing to put spaces in)
