Fanboys and 10 year olds should own Xboxes, adults should own PS3s

If I wanted to play against kids who've just learnt how to swear I'll get an Xbox, until then I'll just watch my Blu-rays

just got one

fixed my m8s, was overheating sounded like a hoover..

total strip down, was full of dust, bad design that phat ps3. sold it to me for £50

Yeah when the vents start to get dusty it can get quite loud! I found just vacuuming around the vents was fine.

nope I tried just taking the top off, blowing from the outside etc..

it was really bad, I mean huge lumps of dust

I now have 360 and ps3, both have good and bad points

Oh really? Wow must have been quite dusty

I haven't taken mine apart but I've only had to vacuum the side vents a few times. Just moved in with a friend who's bought a house, new carpets = lots and lots of dust!

Probably be a good idea to fit dust catchers to the vents actually... Still, had it for quite a few years now and never had a problem! The original controller is still going strong.

my friend is not the careful type, hes been through 4 iphones

smashed screen etc....

this seemed all good so I bought it off him, I just bought yakasua 4 & ninja gaiden sigma

2 hardcore games to start with

Heh the first game I bought for mine was Final Fantasy 7

I was working a monkeys job at AXA and couldn't afford a PS3 AND a new PS3 game

Saying that, I never buy console games brand new. I use my PC for all my gaming really, and only go on the console to game rarely, it's mostly used for movies and streaming from the PCs.
