They look custom. If a Honda dealership owned it they probably went out and got them done. I can't imagine Team Honda sport seats being a factory option - but then what do I know

Yep, Mills has them in black. Digger also had a set on his old prelude. They were an option on 99+ ukdm ludes I think.
