So I need G60 carriers and calipers and new discs and pads and that will give me a 280mm setup from 256mmYou want the hub carriers from a 256mm equipped car, so any Passat B3/B4, or G3TDI for example, then use the calipers and carriers from a G60 Corrado. That will give 280x20 discs in 4x100.

think fronts are easy enough, but if rear disc & pads are anything like my seat
on the rear you may as well change bearings, the guides have to be punched into the rear disc
my brakes were bad, was due to worn discs and brand new unipart crappy pads all round
