:UPDATE:

she's been in the garage twice now, not noticed it, although i thought i was busted when she stopped for a few seconds, looked at the cage in a puzzled manor, then carried on her way!

I dont hide anything either, my mrs cant believe how many customers cars and parts i store at the garage though :lol: my mate is even letting me use his swift for a couple of rallys if i paint it for him :oops:

Buy a sample sheet of carbon wrap off ebay for 99p and tell her its to wrap your existing boot. She dont have to know you only bought an a4

If you get into trouble phil, you can store your carbon boot on my car for as long as you like 8-) :lol:

I tell my mrs about some stuff. like I told her is was going to get the carbon bonnet, just didn't tell her about the ARBs and seat i was picking up too :lol:
