Mk5 seats into Mk4 - straight swap?

Post by Dobbs » Fri Oct 19, 2012 8:54 pm

Hi folks,

The seat in my MK4 is getting rather old and not very supportive compared to the other mk4's I've owned. My local scrappy has a Mk5 with fairly decent seats and want's around £35 per seat. Will they drop straight into my MK4?

Alternatively are there any other Honda seats that will fit straight into a MK4???

Thanks,

Dobbs.

Direct and straight to the point!

I'll have a think about removing the old foam and get a new 'bit' cut, or see if there's anyone out there with a decent seat, preferably with Lumbar support ;)

I have a 5G passenger seat you're welcome to pinch the foam from. Not sure how different they are to the 4G seats though. :?:
