I, for one, dispute that claim.ziyaan wrote:I didn't break anything & I'm not dishonest
If there has ever been a mistake on my part I have sorted it
& I have always kept to my word
I didnt expect next day, but nor did I expect delivery to take a week from the day you claimed collection had been arranged. Yes, I did want you to claim insurance from your carrier after you failed to make any effort to package the lights to prevent damage.I never promised you next day delivery
The item was £30 delivered I offered a refund, you didnt accept it
But you want me to claim insurance for you ?
I didnt contact you to argue - I wanted to give you chance to rectify a problem as most people would want to do, in a forum environment. I did get your response and wasnt happy with the insulting nature. Hence why I chose to make the situation public. Happy to post all our PM communication here if you want me to?ziyaan wrote:I'm not here to argue anymore i cant be bothered you refused the refund But keep complaining
You were rude with me more then once i kept my patience but finally you got my response
