No way users themselves can adjust the rep given though?

I know I'm probably being irritating but I'd rather give say the maximum 30 rep to someone that I've had a decent buying/selling experience with and like 10 or something for someone who can link me to something I'm looking for. Same for neg rep, I wouldn't want to minus 30 someone for calling me an annoying muffin, but if they'd swindled me during a transaction...

Does that make sense? It would be cool to be able to do that I think, appropriate amounts of rep and all that, but I presume that's also a bit of work on the coding side of things.
