air con box

Do u have to put the air con black box in passanger foot well back after takeing out the inside

Yeah, just gaffer tape the holes - I assume you still want the fan to work?

id use something else other than gaffer tape in case of water ingress - i blanked the holes off using some old credit cards cut to shape and then glued in place with sikaflex - any good rtv sealant will do.

Just so no-ones getting confused here, Vanzep is on about blanking the holes in the fire wall. spudep91 is talking about the evaporator housing.

woops sorry about that

does that mean i still got some gaffer tape in my lude fom when you took the evap unit out?
i will have to replace that....
