Ok so busy evening!

Interior is completely stipped out, the drivers foot well was sodden. Carpet is now drying out, interior is completely dry again, ive silicone sealed the boot hole, cleaned the boot seal and checked for where the water could be coming in from.

As far as the boot goes, on the trim around the boot there was only some wetness on the laft side towards the strut tower. There was also a small wet spot under the sun roof on passenger side so think this seal could be on the way out.

Seats are back in, and thats it, I can keep an eye out for how quick the puddles form rather than not noticing until the carpet is soaked!

Fingers crossed
