window switch panel

Just wondering does the panel trim around where the window switches in the door are just pull off like the radio surround ?? ( carbon look bit in picture)
only i dont want to break anything especially plastic when its cold...or do you need to pull the door panel off first ??

i think there may be a couple of screws underneath that you have to take out 1st. ive got a set that i can check to make sure though ;)

there is definately one in the middle of it - you can see the plastic flap/screw head cover - pop that up and undo the screw underneath it and it should come off

you have to take the door panel off buddy there are a couple of screws you can only get to from the back

Glad i found this thread, was about to pull them off as normally they are just clipped in place (albeit with the 1 screw you can see under the flap).
