Did some thinking the other day, if a tree falls in the woods and no one is around, does it make a sound kind of thinking;
Your acceleration G is lower with bigger wheels, but the gear runs longer. So you end up in your better accelerating gears for longer but they're slightly less effective. So the does that make you car faster or slower

what car are the discs off originally? will they be easy to replace when new discs are needed?

if they are the eight hole bells they dont do replacement rotors anymore
