Probably labelled wrong.
FweakyG has the same gear gaitor, so unless big coincidence it must've been an option somewhere.

The ebay item is an original 4th generation only Honda Access optional part, here`s a pic from the catalogue:

As for my gearstick, the lower part is original Access one, but as the upper part was worn out, I replaced it with an original Honda leather shift knob with red stitching (there is also a black stitching option), which I ordered from an USA Honda dealer- Majestic Honda, 5 years ago.

I see. Cool then.

But still looks wrong. The gear indicator looks out of place.

Don't be sad Ferdie.
My thoughts: it is worn, and made from 2 pieces of leather. So I would have change all of it. The same knob shape is used in accord or some other widely produced model. I have had one in my garage for couple years and later I threw it away. So basically - you pay for that metal indicator (witch can be made). 120 euros ! Thinking before buying is a good thing :)
Don't know if it helped, but at first I was disappointed too. But I even didn't want to pay 80$ :) And it seem taller. After refinking I created this thread.

I know I paid to much, but I haven't seen one for sale in a long time. If I really wanted I know I can sell it for more locally.

I have never ever seen it for sale ;) I really wanted EDM H22 el dials, so I bought whole car just for it. It's strictly a matter of taste and personal decision. Didn't want to make you look, like you shouldn't have bought. It was my thoughts that help me to decide :)
