Alex, you can't buy it brand new like everyone said. But can find one second hand. I found the complete kit with some extra bits on PreludePower but I don't think they will ship it over here.

you just need to find someone to take it over there and ship it onward mate. there are companies that will handle this if you really want it.

Nitin, one guy on Prelude Team Poland (my friend) is completely rebuilding used JRSC - replacing all bearings, gaskets, seals, repainting, etc. It will be like brand new charger. Buy a used one and he will renew it for you as well

Plug and play

Abelgotspeed had it for 3500dollar

He had fit it and drive 3 weeks and total his lude

So it is like brand new!!
