Undo everything until it will come out.
Redo everything until it wont come out.

I have no doubt that would actually be the case. TBH it's not something I would even consider attempting on my own. Give me some chemicals and I'll make you a cake but give me a spanner and tell me to start undoing stuff and well... get ready to hold your sides

For the cost of these parts it seems almost silly not to do them while you have the opportunity IMO.

You will need a few replacement parts and fluids to complete the swap as well. PAS fluid, gearbox fluid, new drive shaft set rings are recommended etc.........
