One little loophole is that all B licence holders have a B+E provisional entitlement. So if you slap an L plate on the front of your tow vehicle and the rear of your trailer then provided you are accompanied by a driver with a B+E licence they have held over 3 years and are aged over 21 (plus any of the other requirements for a supervising driver, can't remember them all!) hen you can pull any trailer, laden or unladen, that you would be able to on a B+E licence (provided you keep to the weight restrictions of the tow vehicle of course). Your insurance needs to include cover for your provisional training though apparently. I think that's all you need though

Tbh though for the £4-500 an intensive course cost it might be worthy just doing one of them

As for a tow vehicle, I'd want the biggest thing I could get


Also, is it just me or are the laws regarding towing ridiculously complicated?? The government websites aren't much use either, each department seems to have its own interpretation
