Cat/Decat with MAP

Guys doing some work for a friend replacing his decat on FN2 Type R and putting a mani and cat back on.

The car was mapped with the Decat in place am I going to have EML light to contend with and if so anyone know how to possibly get around this?

Shouldn't have an issue however the car will run leaner as there is now a restriction. Mine did.
