I had my geo done on the old Lude and after it was scary. I took it back and they said it was due to the bushes on the longish arms that go from the bottom of the wheel to about a foot apart under the middle of the car (don't know what they are called).
Took it to another garage I know and they showed me that the toe on the left rear wheel was visually out, so it pulled to the left sharply when I hit a bump.
Original garaged refused to redo the geo until the bushes were replaced, so I was in a catch 22. Got the bushes done (they had to oxy acet it to get them off) and then back to geo place where surprisingly (not) the rear toe was way off. They then did a proper job and all was good.
Was a well renowned 4 wheel optical alignment specialist in Swindon, so mistakes do happen.

the 2ws lower arm has an offset washer so there is adjustability in the 2ws lower arm but it still only does toe

I'm no geologist but those numbers seem really far apart from each other... shouldn't they all be quite similar? To me having for example the front left wheel number double the front right just doesn't make sense. And the amount it's been adjusted by seems like they kind of didn't do a lot? I have no idea about these things though!bucks420 wrote:better late than never but heres a pic of the alignment sheet, let me know what you think.

I don't really have a clue about the geo but after looking at it id agree, think I might do what shiny and others suggested and get it done again elsewhere to try and rule that out. Anyone else have any thoughts on the print out?
cheers

Your final numbers look OK compared to my last alignment, although front camber is quite different. I don't think that printout shows front caster but off caster causes the car to wander.
My alignment was:
Front
camber Left -1.49 Right -1.40
Toe Left -0.01 Right -0.01
Rear
camber Left -2.06 Right -1.41
Toe Left 0.07 Right 0.08
My alignment was:
Front
camber Left -1.49 Right -1.40
Toe Left -0.01 Right -0.01
Rear
camber Left -2.06 Right -1.41
Toe Left 0.07 Right 0.08
