Easy to change the mileage?

You could always do the H23 manual tensioner swap - works out cheaper.

Yeah I have read up on this, is it all Honda parts?

Yup all Honda, you get all the bits for £95.

Wow, quite a difference. Does that include the belt? Honda charge £38 for it

No just the H23 conversion kit. You have to get your own belts.
