You could always do the H23 manual tensioner swap - works out cheaper.

No just the H23 conversion kit. You have to get your own belts.

Not hard man, we did it at the side of the road for Vanzep! You can always download the PDF of the Honda Workshop Manual and hand it in with your car. Free download and full step by step :)
