H TUNE are closing down

Post by Free Ranj Egg » Tue Dec 17, 2019 12:47 pm

Hello peeps

Hope you are all well. It turns out that my lude is completely dead and I tried to return my crank pulley to H Tune to find out that they are closing down and wont offer refunds. They are trying to fulfil orders that are already with them.

So be careful guys if you are thinking of ordering from them
I came before the chicken.. The argument is now settled!!

That's a shame. I've had nothing but a faultless service from them every time.

Odd. Just gone on facbook and it says htune is now located in Pittsburgh USA. Global website works again in Pittsburgh. Maybe they have moved as the USA market will now be wide open with ek9, dc2 etc all legal for import.

Likewise, I've always had a great service from H-Tune.

I wonder if that is their sister company in the States then.

Good. They were an absolutely atrocious company to deal with in any way. Constantly shifting the blame. Tegiwa are as good as H tune was bad.

I had completely the opposite experience.

Interesting. I ordered some ferodo ds2500 pads for the Prelude, H tune was showing as in stock. 2 months later after them refusing to answer the phone, refusing to answer emails, eventually getting through and them just blaming their suppliers (despite every other site carrying them having them available) they eventually turned up in the most battered box i've ever seen. Everything I've ordered from tegiwa arrived early.

This was with knowing somebody who worked there too.
