First thing she said when I got out and asked if she was alright was "don't talk to me, don't talk to me!" Then proceeded to get details from witnesses. It all seemed very dramatic for the lack of injury and damage. So I'm just waiting for a call from my insurance to see what the outcome will be. I'll upload the pics in the next post.
Silly bint! It's because you were driving a "fast car" I bet. Shame there were witness then and you can't say she reversed into you

cracking news on the fuel though. just start banging it into jerrycans and sell it to us lot for £1.10

soon pay for your repairs.... of course you'll have to explain why you seem to be doing 17,000 miles a month in fuel :?
She was one more rude comment from getting drop kicked in the boobs! She was in a rush and on e we exchanged details was gone quicker than vtec could kick in yo!

Haha if only I could sell it, but they have a strict no jerrycan policy :(

So today I received the quote for repairs from her insurance company, wait for it......1300 :puke: BUT because she has a payable excess I only have to pay the excess which is...1000  oh wait that still sucks!! :suicide: I really dont get how her rear bumper could come anywhere near that, unfortunately I know what companies are like that do these insurance repairs so it was kinda obvious they were going to try and violate me!
Just trying to see what I can do with my photos per se. You guys have more life experience than me so maybe know routes/ideas I can try to help me out. I havnt yet shown either of our insurers the pics and her company seemed really interested once I mentioned that I found it hard to believe the costs when looking at the photos! "what photos? can you send them?"
Im just waiting to get home to send my insurers the pics to see what they can do, but is there anything any of you guys might be able to add that might herlp me out.

Much appreciated.
Mike

Insurers when working out the cost of repair will tend to price up for replacement parts hence the high price.

Tbh £1000 claim isn't too bad just wait for what they tell you the hire car and personal injury claim will be

And on her attitude, she's not as bad as the woman my GF hit. Pretty much the same incident but at traffic lights, the other woman crept forward then stalled when the lights changed to green. The damage to both cars was a lot less than yours, would probably buff out, so my GF asked if she would like to settle without going through insurance....to which the woman went mental 'your one of those uninsured drivers! I bet you don't have a full licence! Is it even your car?!'
